Security Door

Security door endowed with an exclusive set of fi ne details, which not only guarantees the security but also the aesthetic appearance.

Formed by a framework of galvanized steel, base plate reinforced with vertical omegas.

To guarantee a greater and better security, the structure of the door is reinforced, especially in the area of the lock, hinges and in the latches fixed points.

MAIN COMPONENTS:

1- PRE-FRAME
Formed by steel sheet of 2mm of thickness, lacquered, resistant to corrosion and atmospheric agents, once we use the process "Tox” during the assembly process, without using welds. The fixation is made through 8 steel tabs embedded or with screwing. Equipped with gauges to allow attachment squarely and with brackets for bolting the door.

2 - STEEL FRAMSTEEL
Formed by steel sheet of 1.5mm of thickness. Can be lacquered on the standard color (Ral 8017) or in the color pretended by the customer, or imitating wood plaque (on demand).

3 - COVERS
Profile on galvanized steel sheet of 0.6 mm of thickness. Can be lacquered on the standard color (Ral 8017) or in the color pretended by the customer, or imitating wood plaque (on demand). Its purpose is to hold the plates of revetment and finishing the perimeter of the door.

4 - FINISHING
Indoor and outdoor, is made using plates of 6mm of thickness. The revetments can be chosen by the customer. We present below some of the models available.

5 - BASE-PLATE
In galvanized sheet steel of 1.0mm of thickness. This plate assembly the lock, the hinges and the omegas.





6 - ANTI BREAK-IN BOLTS
4 steel hinge bolts that are placed on the hinged side of the door. Ensure that the door will not open, in the case of cutting the hinges.

7 - HINGE WITH ADJUSTMENT

8 - OMEGA REINFORCEMENTS
Made of galvanized steel sheet of 1.0 mm of thickness that give greater strength to the door. After welded to the base plate, form a solid block.





10 - DOOR LOCK
Our security door allows placement of the following types of locks:

- Bit lock.
- European cylinder, provided with keys of reduced points. The cylinder is shielded by manganese steel keyhole defender. The door is provided with temporary keys while installation is taking place, to be replaced by defi nitive keys once installation is completed; Employees Keys (Optional);
- Electronics motorized lock - with European cylinder system, which allows for emergencies can open with the mechanical key (Models on demand).
9 - SAFETY CATCH
When enabled allows the partial opening of the door.

12 - LOCKING FASTENERS
Are formed on a galvanized steel rod of 18.0 mm of thickness, larger than the traditional stems.It has a setting that allows them to turn on themselves, preventing the intruder using any cutting tool.

15 - MOBIL DOORSILL
To the fl oor level, the automatic mobil doorsill guarantees the enclosures against airfl ows and light. It is an indispensable detail for a security door.
